What this website collects

If you send us a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number, contact preference, preferred time and message you type. We use it to reply and to find a time for you. Please do not put medical details in the form.

What it does not use

This website has no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no embedded scheduler. If you choose Book online, you leave this site and use the clinic's own booking page.

Your clinic records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. You can ask to see them, or to correct them, by calling the front desk.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies beyond what it needs to load.
