How the clinic works

Cancelling and moving a visit

Please tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you need to move or cancel. We can usually find another time in the same week. A late cancellation or a missed visit may carry a fee, which we explain when you book.

Needles and cleanliness

Every needle is sterile, single-use and discarded in a sharps container. We clean our hands and the treatment area before each visit.

Access

The suite is on the ground floor, with a step-free entrance, a wide door to each treatment room and a table that adjusts. Tell us what would make your visit easier and we plan for it.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. We do not send them to anyone without your permission.

Late arrivals

If you are running late, call us. We may shorten the session so the next person is not kept waiting.
