Tread is four acupuncturists on Redwood Road in West Jordan, a short drive from Salt Lake City. We started it for people who fit workouts around work and family: the early runner, the Saturday cyclist, the league player, the person who lifts at lunch.
We ask about your week before we ask about anything else. We explain each step before we start, and you decide what happens.

Who you will see
Four acupuncturists, one team
Each one holds a Utah acupuncture license, shown in the footer of every page.
Lana Keller
Acupuncturist and owner
Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) · UT Lic. 000000
Lana opened Tread for the people she kept meeting at the gym and on the trail: busy, active, and not sure what acupuncture is for. She plans sessions around your week and explains each step before it starts.
Ulysses Acosta
Acupuncturist
Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) · UT Lic. 000000
Ulysses coaches youth soccer on weekends, so he plans sessions around game days and practices. He likes to hear what your week looks like first.
Tanner Hart
Acupuncturist
Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) · UT Lic. 000000
Tanner climbs and lifts, and takes the early sessions. He is happy to talk through needle fear, and to go slowly.
Nhi Do
Acupuncturist
Licensed Acupuncturist (L.Ac.) · UT Lic. 000000
Nhi runs trail races in the Wasatch and sees many runners and cyclists. She keeps sessions quiet and unhurried.
