Our front desk calls or emails you at the time you chose to find a session. If you have insurance, we ask for your plan so we can check your benefits.
What if I am paying without insurance?
Say so when we reach you. We send a written estimate before your first visit.
Is this form for urgent things?
No. For anything urgent, call us. In an emergency, call 911.
